Covenant Theological Seminary
  • The Covenant Theological Seminary program is a 3 year course for inmates to earn a degree in ministry
    • Last year they had their first graduating class
    • Most of the graduates still have time to serve & minister in the jail
    • John Bayles who started and oversees the program is the preacher at Alpine Community Church in Rockville, MD
